1 / physical distancing

The photographer and the client/s must remain a minimum of 1.5m apart as much as possible and wherever practical.

Currently photography sessions can only occur outdoors, with a maximum of 10 people.

To minimise the gathering of people, locations will be selected where social distancing can easily be maintained from other members of the general public.

All transactional activity is completed online (such as invoicing, signing contracts, client photo galleries etc).

2 / Face Coverings

A face mask will be worn by the photographer at all times throughout the photography session.

Unless a lawful exemption applies, all people over the age of 12 must wear an appropriate cloth or disposable face mask, and only remove that face mask while being photographed. This is in accordance with Stay at Home Directive (Restricted Area) no. 5, Clause 7(s) that states a face mask can be removed “to the extent that it is not reasonably practical to receive that service wearing a face covering”.

Cloth masks will be washed after each use, and disposable face masks will be discarded immediately after use. The Photographer and Client must also immediately replace their face mask if it becomes visibly wet or dirty during the course of the session/event.

Vigilant hand and cough hygiene will be maintained by the Photographer and Client at all times

Camera equipment will be thoroughly cleaned between sessions.

4 / record keeping

The Photographer will collect the contact details for all persons being photographed prior to the session

The session must be rescheduled if either the Photographer, the client or any person attending the session:

* displays cold or flu like symptoms;

* has been recently tested for COVID-19 and has not received their results prior to the session commencing;

* has recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and has not yet been tested or received their test results.

In the event the Photographer comes into contact with a person with COVID-19, the Photographer will immediately contact WorkSafe Victoria on 13 23 60 and provide relevant contact details, and the Photographer will immediately close the business until it is declared safe to re-open by the relevant authorities.
